In making a purchase from Barossa Basket you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this agreement. These terms and conditions may be changed or amended at any time.

Product Substitutes

We reserve the right to substitute products that may be unavailable, but guarantee the replacement item will be to equal or greater value than the original item.


Please note that for photographic purposes some gifts baskets have been featured with additional props, e.g. wine glasses to display wine. Please refer to the list of contents on the product page to review full gift basket contents.


Barossa Baskets hand delivers all local deliveries ourselves, however Adelaide metro and interstate delivers will be done by courier or postal services.

     • If Barossa Baskets is charged a re-delivery fee by one of our couriers because of inaccurate delivery details, that charge will be passed onto you.

     • It is your responsibility to inform Barossa Baskets if an order has not arrived. We will then track and locate the order.

     • Barossa Baskets use reputable courier companies for delivery of gift baskets by the date requested. However, this is not always possible due to unforeseen circumstances. You agree that late delivery does not entitle you to cancel an order.

Cancellation of Orders

Cancellation of orders must be made 48 hours prior to delivery. If a gift has already been dispatched by us, we will not accept a cancellation under any circumstances.


Orders will not be dispatched by Barossa Baskets until payment has been made.

Damaged Goods

If a gift has been damaged through the delivery process, please call us and arrange for the item to be returned and another one will be dispatched in its place.


The prices listed in this catalogue are inclusive of GST.

Gift baskets which contain alcohol may only be purchased by and delivered to persons over the age of 18.

Returns & Refunds Procedure

1. If your hamper is delivered with our 'Same Day' courier service and the recipient is not available to accept the delivery, the hamper will be returned to us and we will contact you to arrange a suitable date for a redelivery. A redelivery fee will apply.

2. If your hamper is being delivered outside of our 'Same Day' delivery territory and the recipient is not available to accept the delivery, the hamper will be delivered to the nearest Australia Post and a calling card will be left in the mailbox so that the recipient can pick up their hamper at a suitable time.

3. Please note that hampers containing alcohol cannot, by law, be left unattended at the front door.

4. Should you need to cancel your during transit, we will attempt to arrange for your hamper to be returned to our warehouse. If the return is successfull, you will be refunded in full minus the delivery fee(s). Please note that we will process your refund immediately however it may take 2-3 business days for you to receive the money back in your account.

5. At Barossa Baskets we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and services, however if your gift has been damaged prior to receipt please contact Customer Service team within 5 business days on (02) 8415 9208 and we will arrange for a new hamper to be sent out to you immediately. We will not ask you to return the damaged hamper, we will simply replace it.

All refunds for orders placed online or over the telephone are credited back to the original credit card used to purchase the hamper or to the paypal account, if this form of payment has been used. Refunds for in-store purchases may be processed through the original credit card for which the order was purchased or by EFTPOS only. A voucher to the same amount paid will be issued for all cash purchases.
